二、 Rotational molding Rotational molding production is organized by the team leader on that day according to the workshop production plan.
(一) Check the gas system
The fuel gas system is an important post of rotational molding safety production, which must be checked, repaired, maintained, opened and closed by special staff. Any irrelevant personnel shall not carry out the above work. The gas operator shall check the status of the gas system before the rotational molding production every day, sign on the inspection report after confirming that the system is normal, start the gas system according to the operation rules after the signature of the team leader, close the gas system after the work is completed, sign on the gas inspection report after the inspection is normal, and leave the post after the signature of the team leader.
1. Check the roll former
Before rotational molding production, check whether each tooling of the rotational molding machine is normal.
2. Install the product mold
The key point of product mold installation is whether the installation of multiple sets of molds on the rotating arm is balanced, whether the installation position and counterweight need to be adjusted. In addition, the mold installation should also pay attention to the use of gasoline detergent to clean and dry the cavity before the installation of new molds. The specific steps are as follows:
(1) The combustion chamber volume shall be fully considered before the mold installation, especially whether the overall diagonal of multiple sets of molds exceeds the combustion chamber volume when multiple sets of molds are hung on one arm.
(2) The mold shall be firmly installed and all fastening screws shall be tightened.
(3) After the mold is installed, it shall be cold run for 5~10 cycles without load. Check the operation, counterweight and stability of the equipment.
2. Spraying release agent
The process of mold release agent is different due to different materials. W59 is suitable for thermal spraying. That is, the cleaned and installed mold rotating surface is cooled to the combustion chamber for heating. When the temperature rises more than 100 ℃ evenly, it is spun out and cooled to 100 ℃. Open the mold to evenly spray the release agent on the inner surface of the mold. The spraying of release agent is carried out before the first processing and production of the product. During the product processing, it should be properly re sprayed according to the demoulding situation of a single product.
